Controller & sequencer
KeyStep mk2 is the ultimate compact controller & sequencer for hybrid setups. With a 32-note Slimkey keyboard, generative sequencing tools and deep connectivity via CV/Gate, MIDI DIN, and USB-C – spark ideas in your DAW, pilot any synth or patch modular without breaking your flow.
Step into your next idea
KeyStep mk2 is more than keys. It’s a sequencer, arpeggiator, and musical nerve-centre that bridges hardware and software so you can compose, jam, and perform anywhere your ideas take you.
Hands-on control
Play, arpeggiate, and sequence ideas the moment they strike. KeyStep mk2’s OLED display, clickable encoder, and full RGB feedback also make every edit fast and intuitive.
Generative creativity
Capture a riff, turn it into a sequence, then transform it with mutation tools and real-time performance control. Keep inspiration flowing with features that invite constant discovery and movement.
Universal connectivity
Command modular, vintage, and modern gear alongside your DAW. CV/Gate, MIDI DIN, Sync I/O, and USB-C keep every piece of your setup talking, and in time.

Inspiration on command
Your workflow’s best friend, KeyStep mk2 plays like an instrument, edits like a groovebox, and invents like a modern synth. Trigger and edit patterns on the fly with an advanced sequencer and arpeggiator. Overdub notes, record automation in real time, transform grooves mid-flow, and perform without breaking tempo.
3 modes total control
KeyStep mk2’s modes work in synergy to keep ideas evolving – capture a riff, turn it into a sequence, mutate it, and keep the momentum alive.
Sequencer mode
Create and play back polyphonic patterns. Chain, overdub, undo, mutate, automate bends/mod, and transform sequences live – great for hardware rigs and sketching ideas in your DAW.
Arpeggiator mode
Choose from 16 arp types including Poly, Walk, Pattern, and Random. Phrase Arp remaps your sequence to played notes for immediate, musical mutations.
Controller mode
With MIDI, USB, and CV, KeyStep mk2 handles it all. Use it as a central controller to sequence gear, input chords, or modulate CV synths from one compact keyboard.
Every port every possibility
KeyStep mk2 is your universal creative interface. Patch into modular systems, control synths from past and present, and synchronize your drum machines. Ready to command any setup – live, in the studio, or on the move.
